The “Villa” at Little Moran is a fully remodeled beautiful old farm house with the original field stone foundation. As with many older farm houses it was in need of some TLC, and after so many families, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties their comments gave reason for the new amenities.

The new facelift entails a new roof, windows, furnace and AC, all noteworthy improvements. The “Villa” is available for guests beginning in early April and ending September 1st due to our fall of “hunters” which is the hub of business at Little Moran. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, a full kitchen and laundry. Amenities include wi-fi, streaming TV, pots, pans kitchen utensils, wood burning fire place, fire-pit and bbq grills both charcoal and propane. Reservations are needed and can be scheduled here at littlemorancreek@gmail.com or by phone listed on our Contact page. Here too, you will find directions and the address for Little Moran Creek.

The original 40 acres is a “Century farm” which was homesteaded by our family on June 14th 1902. Today we manage 160 acres of mixed hardwood, and old growth fields to regrow as nature intended. We keep 3-4 miles of hiking ang biking trails groomed and cared for the wind throughout the property.
Little Moran is named after the stream that winds through the farm for almost a mile and runs into Moran Creek a few miles to the east. Spring time is like a rebirth along the creek, high water, small rapids where fish, wood ducks and other wildlife call home. The photography opportunities are endless.
